• Merchant and store data are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services. 
• Upon app uninstallation or account deletion, related data will be deleted unless required by law. 
• Upon user or law-enforcement request, data will be deleted within 14 days. 
• Inactive accounts may be purged after 90–120 days.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

• Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption;
• Limited-access networks;
• Regular malware scanning and vulnerability testing.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

15. Shopify App-Store Notice
ShopperSense handles merchant/store data solely to provide and enhance App functionality in compliance with Shopify’s requirements, including not using merchant data for unrelated purposes. We will provide merchants full transparency about what data the App collects and how it’s used.  Merchants will have control over their data (install/uninstall) and we will delete after uninstallation.
We never sell merchant or shopper data and delete store data after uninstallation as required by Shopify’s Partner Program Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
